Shipping policy

All items sold are physical designer garments shipped to clients.

Shipping & Production

Our online boutique features designer pieces available for purchase directly through checkout. Shipping is complimentary once production is complete.

Most items are produced on a made-to-order basis. Standard production requires 12–14 weeks prior to dispatch.

Accessories or items marked “In Stock” ship within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted.

Order processing
Production begins once your order is confirmed. Because each piece is created specifically for you, production and delivery timelines may vary. If additional time is required, our team will notify you.

Shipping methods and tracking
Once production is complete, orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. A tracking number will be emailed once your order leaves our studio or designer partner.

Delivery estimates
Total delivery time includes production time plus shipping transit time. Carrier delays due to weather, customs, or peak seasonal volume are outside our control.

International orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are the responsibility of the client.

Lost or stolen packages
Once a package is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the client. Contact the carrier directly for a claim.

Boutique vs. in-store timelines
The timelines above apply exclusively to online boutique purchases. In-store bridal gown orders follow designer-specific timelines discussed during appointments.
